Located in a posh locality of Anand city with a built-up area of 8,000 sq. ft., the design of the house succeeds in knitting the Indian cultural elements under a modern shell. A beautiful ‘Suncourt’ with a waterbody and Bonsai trees is designed right in the centre of the house, inspired by the stepped ghats of Varanasi, that gives the house its name.
Principal Architects Ashish Patel and Nikhil Patel walk us through the design journey of this beautiful house in Gujarat.

This house has tremendous positive energy and high vibrations flowing in. Perfectly created in every aspect, be it the colors combinations or art work or the round stones or the open spaces or the screen of creepers. Alluring and appeasing to not just the eyes but also to the mind. It's beyond words.
Great work and great effort behind this work , you people are giving such unique Design their paterns in all house . I have seen many videos from your channels but I noticed that you don't repeat any single Design in any house. Everytime new things are coming with their own concepts ! Really I'm impressed !

Interiors are good but not much attention given to the exteriors. Because you have made a water element in courtyard it's bit too much to compare with Varanasi Ghats. As per Architect he tried to make a traditional Indian house he also provided Varanasi Ghat but the moment you enter bedroom Morocco theme? Is he making a Khichadi.
So what’s wrong...every room can be different themes....
