Even as a classically trained singer that was on the track to do opera, & someone who enjoys playing baseball now and then... I generally have good body awareness & my body mechanics are pretty solid. But this?? Jesus. This ain't easy, y'all.
How to do the "switch" part properly - without kicking yourself, loosing balance etc?
The switch heel? Or the beginning switch parts?
@@TylerSchwartzDance this switch of feet you show around 2:33-2:35 :) It is something very difficult to achieve at a high speed so that it still looks good. For me (and many beginners) the end effect is doing trebles in front of me, not being able to lift the foot higher, closer to the other leg and turned out. I am still looking for THIS explanation, break down on how to achieve it.
Hi Tyler! Congrats for your channel and your great videos! I have a lot of trouble with my "crossing" and my "behind foot" always ends up looking straight while doing trebles...do you have any advice or excercise practice to improve this? Maybe you already adressed this issue in one of your videos? Thanks a lot!
