Marin's fake ankle injury did not disturb Ratchanok.

Great game by the two rising players of badminton. Also, amazing crowd support. Badminton is slowly becoming a popular sport in India.
There was only one rising player in this game which is Ratchanok... Marin was terrible for her attitude on court. If she continues to have such attitude, she would eventually lose more supporters in the future....

What an epic match! It has to go down as one of the most thrilling women's singles matches ever. Carolina and Ratchanok were at the top of their game and we were treated with such an extremely amazing badminton play. Kudo to both players.

Ratchanok can not endure the long game, but I found the can reach 2014 Indonesia SSP final and lost to LXR, her semifinal is so much remind me this match. Ratchanok overcame WSX with all her energy and final is so easy to her opponent.
Maybe she had to do something with her fitness and mental than other top 10 player.
She is just 20 but she looks very tired after a long game.
Saina is a good player with a good condition for now to get this title.
Her draw is not as hard as she is top seed player and Liu Xin who can give her a hard fight was not there. While Ratchanok who got injure from All England and use an icepack during match, Marin who fight Nozomi and Ratchanok, both worked hard for this title. Up coming match Malaysia SSP, Saina is also in a good condition for her draw. It's her time to be #1 as everyone is fighting for a title and she can keep her consistency for her last 6 month.

Must also admit that Marin's behavior was MUCH better here than in her previous matches. Ironically she plays a lot better when she is more calm and not screeching all over the place.

her ankle was not hurt, just pretended to be hurt so when lose the game she will have an excuse for it. If it hurts she would not play in that speed.

Marin's skill maybe one of the best but her manner on the court is the worst for sure. need to learn for few more year on how to respect your opponent. Hand shaking at the end is just a basic but she skipped? cool style? she can win a game but will never win audience's heart.....

Marin has toned down her excessive screams an inch and other than that she is fine, so get over it. This was a truly fantastic match, thanks Marin and Ratchanok.

Nobody likes Marin, because shes a bad sport and not even nice to look at. She makes a living out of upsetting opponents with her gay screaming and celebrating. Others celebrate their winner shots, she celebrates when her opponent makes a mistake like she had any part in it. Disgusting.

+way231 Clearly not WY is at the end of her career haunted by injuries and can't retrieve her form, Li has severly knee injury and what u have left is Wang Shixian has gained little bit of form but it is still not enough for the very best. Not to mention that youngest of them is 25-26 which should be peek of career but for a it doesnt look like it. Let see if they have good juniors.____ But that still is not the isue. They cant copy the agressive atacking play and amazing skills of player like Carolina, Ratchanok, Saina and so on. It's not a coincidence that they didn't win Championship or Olympics last four years. I think they won just something like 2 superseries in 2 years. And you have lot of up and coming players with great potential and each with very different styles like Ratchanok, Carolina, Saina, Sindhu, Okuhara, Tai. Ws is in my opinion in golden age. Most competetive and interesting cathegory with 9-10 capable of making finals. Chinese have to inovate and very fast with aging stars or rest of the world is gonna steamroll them in couple of years.

At first I hate WSX for her screaming behavior but when Marin is introduced to the spotlight she beat WSX in everything. Always using racket to kick an landed shuttle to her opponet. Ignoring what the referee warn her as she should walk and listen to him. Screaming louder and louder (which WSX used to practice a year ago). After the match finish she packed her bag, let her opponent walking and shake her hand.
WSX is a lot better than Marin, for now she is a competitive player not a drama actress on court.
I don't know how you judged a player as best player? Winning more games or playing in various skills or beating every players?
Number of won biggest tournaments, inovative style of play.
