  • If you have low back pain and tight hip flexors (quad, iliopsoas, sartorius, tensor fascia lata) this video will walk you through several active stretches and self-myofascial release techniques that you can do with a ball or foam roller.
With over a decade of clinical experience working with clients who suffer from low back pain, I've seen many different causes of low back pain. However, one common pattern I see is hip flexor tightness. When the hip flexors are tight they will pull the front of the pelvis down and the back of the pelvis gets tilted upward compressing the low back.
This video will guide you through a routine that you can do easily at your home or gym to release tension in the hips giving your low back more freedom.
