Hey Vux, I just recently discovered your channel and this awesome work of a video made me subscribe and like in an instant. I really hope you keep up doing these amazing videos. I've tried a lot of the more well-known MWO channels but none of those put that much work and effort into this like you did. Now that I know that you've been the "Noob in a trial mech" I know why I died so often to you in the past ^^. I will definitely try to promote your channel, so pretty please keep on doing those videos. Also: Best tutorial videos ever!
Praise where it's deserved. No, seriously, this is damn high quality content, but it doesn't get the attention it needs. In terms of pure dedication and effort you put into those videos you outgun pretty much anyone including all those well-known TH-camrs of MWO. Your tutorial videos are awesome and hilarious at the same time, yet you're still able to show new players the basics - I found that so amazing. I dunno how much time is involved in a video like this... I'm just a consumer in regards to video-creation... but it has to be several days I would imagine.

As far as time involved, ~200 hours for the non-voiced episodes, triple that for the voiced LWB eps. And I lost track how many hours for the tutorial series, well over a thousand for each episode. Part of that time is because of how meticulous I am about fixing little details and making sure everything matches the vision I had. I will often re-render and re-upload a video just to fix a minor detail, like moving an image a few pixels or adjusting a sound or piece of music by a single decibel or something. I'm a bit of a perfectionist :)

Sorry about that, you wretched inner sphere dog. Too much RL stuff now, and there's no way I can justify the time/energy investment for these (must have been at around ~150 hours spend on this video alone) since I have basically no viewers. I'm sad about it too, but after 5 years there comes a point when I have to admit that despite my efforts to promote my channel and endeavors to create quality vids with a positive and friendly attitude, my channel is still in utoob obscurity. I dunno, maybe I'll do some Battletech stuff when its released or some shorter skits when I can.

How about you try out a 4 Heavy Medium Laser Assblast'n'Run config, keeping the SRM6 for shotgunning things with open armor(SRM max range is exactly at the optimum range for HML's), and possibly a Flamer for the annoyance factor. That also leaves just enough weight for a Light Active Probe to counter any ECM Mech that tries to hunt you. 40 damage is guaranteed to open up anyone's rear armor, and the SRM and Flamer will then proceed to crit the living hell out of that open rear end... and then it's time to go "WoopWoopWoopWoopWoop!" and run/jump behind cover until the next surprise buttseks opportunity presents itself. :3
I like how you always take time to write long comments, cheers :) I'm on holiday from MWO holiday for now, I could give the Viper a try when I return. Never seemed to get anything done with it but I guess with neew tech it might be a lot better. But, TBH, I might not make any more MWO videos (as I outlined in my response to Stormeris, elsewhere in these comments).

Darn. I can understand your reasoning, with so few people watching stompy death robot videos, but if you really stop making these I'll really miss them. Your MWO vids are the best by far, hands down. Plus watching someone who's good at the game is a fun thing, too. But with your skills, you could probably make videos about anything and have them be entertaining..

Hmmm(whisper mode engaged) you could go to the darkside and spend less time editing and show more raw footage. Your vids are top quality and need more views. You are the Harrods where other Y T er's are 7-11. You may not have a big back catalogue of stuff, but that stuff is legend man.
