There is difference of ideology and every party thinks that country should be run based on their ideology. Therefore they fight in elections to make government. But if that is the case, how will 11 ideologies come together and will run the country on which ideology?
2. Second answer could be that parties simply want to grab power and do the things of their vested interest. No ideology fight. it is just that some how get in to the power and then "Mil baat ke khaao". When tough decisions are implemented, some public gets adversely affected. These parties wish to collate all such public and try to win.
