Anthony's dysfunctional relationship with his father could have only resulted in two things, the worlds best spaghetti chef or world's biggest gun nut. Daddy didn't love you.
I've listened to this episode over and over. I realized Opie was in a bad mood this day. Does anyone else notice how Opie is very dismissive(way more than normally) of the joking that Anthony and Jimmy do. Perfect example is from 25:30 to 29:00 just listen to how well Jimmy and Anthony make the jokes keep flowing. You can hear Billy Burr laughing in the background but not a word or noise outta Opie. About q0 mins later he acts like he doesn't know what story they are telling just to see if Anthony actually was paying attention too. He was a jealous and angry man in this video. On a side note, I love how they keep saying "oh there's really no reason for that" as they keep joking farther and farther into the abyss of comedy lol holy no reason for it
literally everything opie tries or says falls flat... it really is something to be beheld. perfect example at 37:30, notice how no one laughs or acknowledges what just occurred

Patrice even said it himself on one of his last appearances on o and a!!
yeah bill honestly really did like to play it safe. he wasn't about burning any bridges. this is how he got more popular than any of the rest of them. eventually he's the sellout he is today, being cucktrolled by his wife who he married because he has white guilt
Holy shit 1:20:00 Jim asks Tommy shaw hey dude so what were some of the theatrical things that you havent talked about which caused Styx to break up. Opie spends 2 minutes answering for Tommy. WHO IS SITTING NEXT TO OPIE.
Your perception of time seems to be quite poor. I don't like Opie but he talked for about fifteen seconds, which is quite significantly less than two minutes.
It was a cool format for interviewing a musician. Banter, little bit of a song, joke around a bit. Way better than someone just pushing an album then playing a track at the end. As for Styx hate, I have to say I find the a bit lame, but who cares
I finally know how to describe Scorch. He's like an animatronic Chuck E. Cheese bot, and the bar patrons are the kids that are only listening because they're eating next to it.
9:48 Bill with a racist joke? I thought he didn't do that kind of thing. I wonder how Bill's wife would feel about that considering he bases everything he does on her nowadays? Bill Burr sold out and I wish Patrice was around to call him out on it.

Jim's Asshole Infinity Syndrome sounds exactly like my life perception. I'm assuming that was a sharp joke having never heard it defined that way till now, but it definitely could be applied towards how we see the present subconsciously and then how we reassess that time in the future.
