I love AS I AM I started using their rice water line and now have added the rosemary styling mousse. Love it my hair is thicker and stronger. Less split ends and my hair is growing without breakage.

Is this one better then mielle rosemary line I feel that the rosemary line makes me get frizz on the crown of my head I have only used as I am jbco curl smoothie or curl cream and the spray bottle I have only been using mielle styling cream and leave in conditioner and regular conditioner I just want hair growth but I also want to keep healthy hair

Hi Ashlee. What swim caps do you use. My daughter is 6 and has been swimming for about 2yrs now. But she has practice now about 4 nights a week and I have not been able to find a cap that doesn’t slip off. Her hair texture is similar to yours and it’s not super thick. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a speedo swim cap and I used to deal with the same thing of my swim cap coming off. it stays on best when I do a single braid, get my cap wet before putting, put it on & tuck the braid in after the cap is fully on my head! Hope this helps
