At least, your plan to build another house should be 200 meters away from the river and the river bank should be deep of 50 feet.. I see that mostly in the Philippines islands and yet we still experienced flooding during typhoon and strong rainy seasons. Take care and good luck.

You missed a sword down by the river where your getting your boulders from it has no wood handle left but it is kinda long I'd say 30 inches including metal handle of course.
