Hi Ad, I’m following you step by step. Thanks for the great video’s. It’s funny because I found out i used to live really close to you in Breda but last year I moved to Amsterdam. It’s a shame we haven’t met. Keep up the good work!
I wish we could have seen a close up of that improvised mitre box as I would like to have known how you keep the handsaw plumb throughout the remainder of the cut. Is it because once the kerf has started it becomes self-correcting? I have tried making a traditional side-on mitre box, with okay results, but felt I could do better. Having a top-down guide might be the trick I'm looking for, i shall have to try it out myself. Cheers for the upload!
Very good way for precise cutting at the beginning of the video. Is it possible to show a plan, link or video for that Jig please? Thank You very much.
My jig board for gluing the headstock is from melamine scrap, including the headstock clamping cauls, no need for wax paper . I like your idea for a rt. angle sq. metal/caul; to align the neck for glueing . Thanks
You are a true luthier, right now I am in step one, checking your video and working, my planes are not as sharp as yours, they make dents, and I don't know why... any suggestions on how to sharp them? Thank you

There are plenty of good youtube channels about sharpening tools!
I think i missing when you cut the angle
This is the scariest part for me because I've only done it with power tools
