I know that it might be unheard of, but would you ever do a cover of "Ozar Midrashim" from the Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver? Such a legendary song. Other underrated gems that I think would be sick covers could be "Cleric Beast" or "First Hunter" from Bloodborne, the original "Ganon" theme from Link to the Past, or All the Majora Phases of Majora's Masks final boss.
Really great, for me the best final boss theme in DKC. I insist in something with Kunio Kun. A Tough Fight/A Tougher Fight from River City Ransom or Stage 4-6 from Nintendo World Cup or USSR theme from Super Dodge Ball.
