This has been going on for about 7 months now. Street racers shutting down large intersections and highways to do donuts. There's even video of these groups attacking police cars in New Orleans. Not enough police in the state to do anything about it.
@@Trtevoorryu They usually come with hundreds of spectators. They follow these drag racers around like groupies. So it's not necessarily the cars that block the highways and intersections, but the hundreds of people that block the streets.

I know all that area well I spent my school years there and have a house currently in Sherwood Forest graduated high school at Tara High in 82 Just lost my sister last Thursday died in the hospital in BR. I've always loved Big BR but in the last 2 decades has become a crime ridden haven for the loose and wild criminals. I have to come back there soon to sell the house I grew up in because I lost my mom in 2020 right before covid hit. 2 favorite places is waffle house and Spankys Sherwood daiquiris. Im still a Louisiana boy by heart ❤️
