This cover is actually really cool! I like the way that each level had it's own protagonist, and I LOVED the use of them all singing together at the end of Level 3 and throughout Level 4. Genius cover!

I think my preferred order is Xeno first, then Hypno, then Ultra M. It feels thematic for me that the one who popularized these types of mods would be the first one.
But with the supporting characters for Hypno and Xeno, it makes sense Ultra M to be first. The others have separate beings from them in their mods, while from what I can tell, Ultra M’s minions are fake.
Since the Unbeatable guy doesn’t have support. Unless you want to count the weird head thing of him as a different character.
Besides, Xeno going over Bowser, because it’s Bowser and he’s last, still works well thematically.
I think the reason why Xenophanes was saved for last was because there's a Sonic reference in Level 3

I feel like this could be improved a bit
During the "Don't miss" for level 1 part You couldve have M imatate the others and switching voices fast like you did in Level 4
For Hypno you couldve had the pendulum swing with the beat and added the sound of hypno attacking
For xeno you could've added the ring collecting sound
Still a dope remix im not hating
I feel like this needs a face lift, the vocals are pretty good and so is the concept, I'd just love to see this put into the kind of style the og unbeatable. also for version 2 of this song (if you're gonna make one), maybe some 3d models like in the og as well. for hypno's part, maybe the talking duck robots (i think that's what they are) could be gold instead (and just gold) specifically because he has voicelines (same type of deal for sonic.exe's part just replace it with just fleetway). Other than that, this is really good 👍. (sorry if I'm asking for too much)
