  • After 6 months I finally revealed where it is that Karl and I moved to last November; the British Virgin Islands. Take a look at an introduction to Tortola, as well as an explanation of why we didn't stay.

Yea, I noticed that. You might want to put edited words on the video A bit misleading that that damage is still apparent with 10 additional years added to it. Not everyone may read comments to see your correction.

Hi John! Unfortunately there aren't an abundance of great options for flying to Tortola. Every flight to the island (almost) needs to come via San Juan, Puerto Rico. So from Toronto, you'll probably fly to somewhere in Florida-SanJuan-Tortola. Or, you might get lucky with a flight to San Juan directly from Toronto. Enjoy your trip!

San Juan, Puerto Rico is the best airport in the Caribbean. Avoid the St. Thomas, American Virgin Islands Airport, it is barely an airport, although from St. Thomas there is a ferry boat to Tortola for forty dollars or so. The local airport in Tortola is very small.
