Hey Lex earlier you invited people from different religions like Islam and Christianity, why don't you invite someone from Indic Religions like Hinduism, Buddhism(including Tibetean, Zen), Sikhism, Jainism or from other asian philosophies like Shintosim etc.
For Hinduism(specifically Adwaita Vedanta) you can invite Swami Sarvapriyananda, for Buddhism someone of Zochekchen Buddhism etc.

@@dallysinghson5569 yeah I was actually listening to him explain what I am talking about and he said in a way we are getting smarter the more we learn about this space but without the general understanding of quantum mechanics and general relativity through mathematical equations then we don’t actually understand the foundation of the understanding of the universe but in terms more so we are learning how things work and are connected along with theories which can be learned by words which makes us just understand the tip of the iceberg but not actually what’s beneath it.

Total legend. He is for sure the one “science communicator” that I distinctly remember always being exciting for me to listen to. Definitely got me hooked on these topics, as a layperson not involved in these fields. He can engage really well at a sort of “low res” level, knowing what will help get an average audience to begin thinking about these things. But, he can also get so much deeper and show off his chops without making it entirely impenetrable, which is definitely a skill outside of the science itself. Granted, I don’t claim to understand a lot of the deeper complex stuff 😂 but, at a minimum I can start imagining how he and others think about these things, hopefully over time grasping some of these things without actually practicing the math haha

a favorite saying is " what do you see is what you get, what you get is what you look for, and what you look for is what you get."
underneath its triteness there is wisdom which corresponds to much you have spoken about.
language is the proximate source of much of our difficulties. we have built representational models in our minds out of language which we use to communicate to others.
The most powerful language is science.
if we were to use that understanding our relationship to the whole, and not attempting to outrun the consequences of our actions, we would not be in the trouble we currently are experiencing.
thank you. I am signing up immediately for your program. we are one.

To make it short I resort to concepts of Protagora's "Man is a measure of all things" and Plato's cave expressed indirectly - there's no whatever cognitive value if you cannot grasp it for whatever reason (from Protagoras), and it is a vaste of time trying to get in sync with foreign cognitive domains (from Plato).
