DUDE FINALLY!!!! i read almost exclusively on my kindle. but buy and collect all paper books as well. So glad you got to read this one in advance! its an amazing book.
The Kindle paper white was convenient. The lit page makes lighting less important, the text size is nice, overall size weight of the device is convenient, the fact that reader copies wouldn’t need to be stacked everywhere and the need to search for cheap paperbacks or delicately read more expensive collectible copies is gone. I still love paperback book reading, but the Kindle is terrific.
@@itsterrific yes thats my thoughts exactly, i only have to purchase the ones for my shelf! i use the Oasis, slightly larger than the paperwhite, and still has page turn buttons, its double the price, but i like it alot more than my paperwhite.
I’ll have to check and see what they have at Unclaimed Baggage in Scottsboro. I would have bought one there a couple weeks ago, but I didn’t know if my wife had already put one under the tree. They had 4gig Paperwhites for $40.
Honestly, reading the words is the priority, but a paper book still adds so much to the experience. Fracassi and other authors like him who aren't published by the corporate printers aren't very "famous" unless they're read by readers like us.
I think there is a big up side for Fracassi. More readers just need to read his work. My wife started reading Third Rule last night. I’m working on growing that Fracassi readership.😁
I suggested Tyler Jones and Fracassi books to my library, but the librarians never heard of either of them. Just sad, isn't it? Tim, focus on Philip, and I'll focus mainly on Tyler. If I had a channel, I would absolutely cover Tyler and Philip because (we know exactly why).
Almost the exact same situation on my end. Swore I would never use a Kindle. And then my daughter got me one for Christmas. Now my reading is roughly 50 physical / 50 Kindle. I don't read a lot before going to sleep, but for a couple chapters in bed it's unbeatable. And let's face it: shelf space becomes a problem for most everyone. Finally, I get to save my money for Suntup and Lividian releases, and pick up epubs for the "normal" books.

I’m on the Tyler Jones train, now too. I’ve loved the two books I’ve read.

It is a cool way to read. I need to get my own, now.😁
