Hello and welcome back to the KenOhWee Channel and for today's episode I'll be comparing 2 amazing spiderman action figures from 2 amazing companies and I hope it'll help whoever's interested in knowing the 2 figures in depth.
I tried my very best to highlight every detail shown in the figure and if I happen to miss anything, I do apologise. There may be some points you may or may not agree and I completely respect that as at the end of the day, it all comes down to personal preference and both of these are great figures so you can't go wrong.
As mentioned in the video, I'll be taking a short break as I'll be having a surgery next week so I'll be taking the time to focus on my recovery and I'll be back as soon as I can to share my passion and love for toys and also making videos with all of you =)

The sh figuarts head looks way more accurate if I didn’t know that was will smith I wouldn’t have know the mafex was supposed to be him
I gotta agree bro!!! MAFEX killed it. I've noticed a trend that over the last year Figuarts has just been dialing it in and stopped putting all the extra touches on their figures. While on the other side of the coin Mafex has been slowly improving...
Yeah Mafex is doing a good job climbing that ladder, as for S.H Figuarts I feel their attention is towards their own local heroes like kamen rider, ultraman or even dragon ball, if you see all those figures they are exceptional, then we have the justice league/avengers characters and it seems like they're dropping the ball on those with the way things are going, such a shame

As you mentioned the SHF has better quality but Mafex just looks so much better and has more to offer.
The main reason people stay away from Mafex is the QC issues but Mafex have been stepping up their game lately (or so it seems, the only Mafex I have is Kylo Ren). Plus their figures look really good. I mean, I didn't even liked Suicide Squad yes i'm actually tempted to get the SS figure (even the joker) if I had the extra money.
Agree with you there, here's to hoping their (Mafex) Justice League figures will be good

Bandai seemed to go all their way for their Suicide Squad Harlequin, but then went on dropping the ball on Deadshot.
Totally agree with you there, think they're really selective with their figures, some get a whole lot more attention thatn the others

KenOhwee it’s kind of shocking how little accessories this figure comes with. Compared to past figuarts releases that included almost everything related to the figure,movie and show it’s from. 🤯

even tho i personally think Mafex is the better figure of the two I end up with the SHF simply because the height of the figure. the Mafex deadshot is even taller than the Mafex Batfleck which didn't make sense since Will Smith is 6'2" and Affleck is 6'4". i have to find a way to paint some detail on the SHF tho especially the "i am the light. the way"
If Shf Would just make their figures Bigger they would be awesome

the mafex joints have double articulation and are made of metal so thats way better not to mention its harder to break the wrist pegs because you just slide them on unlike the SHfiguarts its a ball joint but they break easily
Mafex is def the better figure but it is completely ruined by the height. It’s not that it’s just slightly off.... it’s that they made him, randomly, taller than any of their other figures to the point that it just doesn’t make sense. You can’t put him side by side with anyone. So if i has to buy one it’d be Sh Figuarts. Just a real shame they ruined a great figure with such a stupid height.

Do you have mafex John wick chapter 2
IMO Mafex loses because he’s way taller than Mafex Batfleck, plus he can’t even stand properly in a vanilla pose. However, Mafex definitely nailed the sculpt & details more, plus additional accessories.

Hey there it really depends, personally I'd go for Mafex just because it has more accessories and a better looking human head, but if scale is a problem for you then I'd go with batman, it has a good sculpt and all but his human head is a little too pale for me but he's quite a solid figure himself, you can check out both reviews on my channel, hope that'll help you more
