I purchased the course about two days ago.. the amount of confidence Danny shows while talking to these landlords makes you feel like you can do it on your own. Yeahh we can probably get away with his verbage . But experience outweighs talent . Just like school you would study hours and hours and think you got it to a T . But when that test comes it looks like everything is written in Chinese.
