I have selected for axis bank operation program 3rd batch. I would like to know whether operation jobs are real Or it's totally sales. Should we join this program or not? After providing certification program certificate whether they force to make sales job Or not. Kindly clear all these doubts. I am waiting for it. Please tell me about axis bank work culture it's HR Policies because I have heard that Axis bank seniors don't have any manners to talk with other colleagues.
