It’s true that a lot of motorists in the Philippines don’t know what a fast lane is. If you’re running slow below the speed limit might as well stay on the right lane of the highway. Specially those motorists running 70 on a fast lane ( farthest left lane ) is causing dangerous and slowing the flow of the traffic.
