    Good video. I've done same exhaust,wind shield, led headlight,same tail light. Increased 1 tooth on front sprocket decreased 1 Tooth on rear sprocket this has given longer legs in each gear real good inlower gears.Dropped revs at 100kph down 700revs. Fantastic bike.

      Thanks for the comment! I've definitely noticed the bike runs high in the RPM's at highway speeds so changing the sprockets is a mod I'm considering. Was that process easy for you? How much did it cost and how long did it take?

      @@trax9580 got the front one made. Wasn't $100. Rear sprocket off the shelf maybe $150. Just had to adjust the chain.Of which I have now replaced at 20000kms

    I love the tire hugger and exhaust. Ive been wondering how they look for my own. The tire hugger gives these back that rear visual weight they lack stock. Awesome bike.❤❤

    Nice bike man! I have a 2013. Do you have the baffle left in on the exhaust? Did you have to do a PC or any other fuel controller?

    • @trax9580
      @trax9580  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey man, thank you! In this video there was no baffle in the exhaust. And no, I do not have a fuel controller or power commander. I also have a stock air filter, air box, and no block off plates. I haven't had any issues without a fuel controller, the bike feels the same power wise as it did stock. The only thing I've noticed is a lot of off throttle crackles and pops when the bike is warming up, which I like. As it gets to temp, the pops and crackles become less frequent.

    Super clean, in the process of getting an ‘09 right now actually. How much did the bike itself run you?
    Also for the exhaust, was the install easy? Did you do it yourself?

    • @trax9580
      @trax9580  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hey man, thanks for the comment! I got really lucky and purchased the bike from a friend for only $1,000. Market price from what I've seen around my area is about $4,000 - $5,000.
      Regarding the exhaust. The install took a little bit of muscle to get the headers to line up correctly on the motor. My Dad and I did the install, I would recommend having a second person to help but it seems doable solo. We assembled the majority of the exhaust off the bike and then bolted it up. Overall it wasn't too bad, took an hour or two.

    Cam ignition tooth mod advance + 4 degrees super easy, add dynojet with autotune, night and day difference, soo much more response and power, stock exhaust I could tell it ran super clean and super mean just the perfect tune after all those mods, when you hear the engine note compared to stock you could tell it runs soo much cleaner and meaner

    Cool video. Would a bike like that be good on the expressway? Could you ride it state to state on a bike like that?

    • @trax9580
      @trax9580  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for the comment! I would not recommend this bike for long rides like that. It's fine on the highway for about an hour but anything longer and it gets tiring. The bike isn't geared for highway riding, it sits around 7k rpm's in 6th at 70mph. Kind of small too so not very comfortable on long rides. I'm planning on upgrading to something bigger and more powerful in the future for that reason. Still a fun and quick bike for everything else though!

    I've had 3 of this fz6r at different points in my life. Two 2009 and a 2011... i wouldn't invest any money on them. Cut off the muffler, weld down a pipe and that's it. They are not worth it
