- So its time to dust of my prized Eavy Metal painted and White Dwarf Issue publicised army based on a certain Alessio Cavatore`s home region of Turin. And in the game I am joined again by Colin who has brought with him a Vampire Count list.
In times of war, Baron Janduiá can deploy a force that is quite small, but made up of inspired and determined warriors, known collectively as "Les Savoiardes." They are strong in their unquenchable faith for the Lady of the Lake.
The squires of the knights and lords fight in skirmishing units on foot or on horseback, led by the faithful Pautàs, squire to Janduiá himself.
The commoners, used to fighting in difficult mountain terrain, are excellent bowmen. They wear liveries of the same colours as their lord, except that it is prohibited for commoners to wear gold heraldry (represented by yellow) so this is substituted with silver (represented by white).
They are led by the chief ranger of the grand-duc, the famous Juanin 'l'Avucà', whose skills in archery are said to be matched only by Bertrand le Brigand. He guides them in battle wearing his green and brown outfit, and at his side he has his two best men, the powerful Juanin "Pet-Pet Sigala" and the fat and merry Garibuia "al Balun."

Thanks for sharing. Haven't got time to watch it all atm. Quick point , when the Knights Errant charge they are ITP for the rest of the turn so they would not have auto broke from the Spirit Host but would have tested at -1 cr.
Black Knights only get cover if they are up against the obstacle, I know it seems odd but that's how it works.
The Yeomen, even though they are fast cavalry still have to deploy in line and not staggered.
Surely, for the video you should have advised opponent re: VC General what would happen or reset and start again.
Good to know re the errants, and we play as intended, and is important to show what can happen, the rules are there for a reason, he took the risk and paid the ultimate price.
@@blackdragonminiatures why spoil the game with a T1 charge to kill the Undead General? It was clear from the list and the deployment the Undead player wasn't going for broke.

Wow, great bows, they don´t need to hurt, only impact to kill, That´s awesome!
At an hour long with the general KIA in the first round, this is perhaps the fastest game of 6e ever played lol.

Ethereal seams like a great thing but you can also lose combat my being outnumbered and crumbling, as all characters are undead !!

Often found Bretts a bit boring and one dimensional.. But that is unfair, anyone can be that... And I do like the models!
Agreed on The Old World.. Wpon´t be as good as 6th Ed - how can it? When did GW make anything as good lately?

We play rules as written, the rule is there for a purpose and if it warns over people about that type of mistake then all is good,
