Beef Plate
2 kg beef plate
salt and pepper, to season
2 cups beef stock
Roast Beef Sauce
4 tbsp roast beef oil
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups beef stock
2 pcs bay leaf
¼ cup roast beef au jus
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
