Broo it looks pretty solid still. There was a local NBA player who did a photo shoot with this leg press and then they sold it afterwards but I missed out on the deal :(
I would recommend going with used commercial as you can probably find a Cybex pivot press which is similar or one with bearings. New for this price point, you wont find a good quality one.
Yes, you can leave weight on the horns but you cannot add weight storage on the posts as it doesnt have holes but you can always drill holes to add storage posts.

@NoWayJose's Home Gym I notice that there isn't any weight storage. Can weights be left on the machines weight horns? Meaning weight be stored on it?

There is no safety catch... which is teriible .. what if you fail.... and loading up the 45 pounds weights is horrendous
