- A humorous and nostalgic look at Animal Crossing players, animals, and maybe even a vegetable, falling into 101 pitfalls. The pitfalls span across five games and 13 years of this channel. This includes Animal Crossing (GameCube), Animal Crossing: Wild World (Nintendo DS), Animal Crossing: City Folk (Wii), Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival (Wii U), and Animal Crossing: New Leaf (3DS). The video each clip is from is shown in the lower-left corner of the screen. Not everyone enjoys pitfall seeds, but I always find good uses for them.

It's pretty easy to get pitfalls in most of the games, since there will be a new one in town each day (and they collect in the lost and found in some games as well). But when I used to play sumo online, some friends helped out by bringing extra pitfalls as well.

I remember when I first started playing animal crossing, I didn't know about pitfall seeds and thought I was falling on a fifth fossil XD Needless to say, I'm glad they weren't fossils bc pitfall seeds aren't worth anything when you sell them anyway

In all my years of playing Animal Crossing, I never had the idea of creating a sumo ring surrounded by pitfalls. You just gave me a reason to save them up as soon as I start New Horizons.
lets be homest they probably deserved it. especially in ACPG, those guys are RUTHLESS
I really hope mass pitfall buying is available in new horizons. Will make an island on my island , trap everyone on it, and for added protection surround it with pitfalls.

Sumo is just a game you can make with pitfall seeds (and optionally, patterns in the middle), it's not something that's already in the game.

I haven't seen any pitfalls in the footage released so far. But pitfalls have been around since the first game, so I'd be surprised if they weren't in New Horizons as well.
