I have twin boys who are Autistic, one with 24 hour care needs... I felt what you said bro... Until I die I will fight for his safety, dignity & happiness.
First hand experience: Being autistic IS a superpower. See, I do not give a fuucck about other ppl's opinions of me. Found a proverb a long time ago, saying "those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind". Whoever said it, knew tf he's talking about. Respect to you and your kid.
Great reaction man as always 👍 Ren's sister Leah, 4 years younger than him, lives in the woods, close to nature, without any form of greed at all, surrounded by a donkey and chickens 😉😘
I love your videos so much!!! Ren’s sister has an instagram that he shared with us a while ago. She is sweet, smart, funny and lives an off grid kind of life and loves plants and being outside in nature! She IS a treasure!!! You are also a treasure, Brad❤ I am glad you are feeling better and hope we get to have a fun live stream soon
My Son is autistic too, I feel the same. He should always know he is great and a perfectly imperfect human being. We are beautiful because we are flawed. ❤❤❤
Your son will never doubt that he has a champion in his corner, and that is the best way to give him the courage to live his fullest in the world. ❤ Great to watch this with you. I love the way he put it together and I think that balancing greed with true wealth we get from the connections we make was the perfect way to start a conversation about how we define riches.
Loved what you said. Apart from Rens obvious care for people & the planet, his kind heartedness shines through everything he does, the best line, for me, is "fuck any man that treats you as less than a treasure!" (Please interpret that the right way, as Ren stressed it, or it's entirely the wrong intention!) ‘cos that's what I tried to impart to my daughters. 🙂🌸
Love that your light shined up when you were speaking about your son and how you are teaching him to be his own person, fk the haters. Ren and Leah's lights shine brightly for those of us who are awake enough to see it. Thanks for the great reaction as always. 🖤🖤
This song, like many of Ren’s, got me right in the gut. I have a daughter I never want to lie to. She’s 7 (turning 8 tomorrow actually!!!) and AuDHD, and exceptionally curious about EVERYTHING. And in true AuDHD fashion, she has an acute sense of justice which means the world often doesn’t make much sense to her. I constantly find myself having to balance between knowing I can’t lie to her, wanting to prepare her for the world, and wanting to protect her spirit. It’s not an easy task ❤
Not an easy task at all. Explaining to a kid why something is when you know it shouldn't be. It's hard. But we were apparently tasked to do it because we could, so here we are. You got this.
LOVED your wee rant. As an autistic person diagnosed in my 50s, who has spent my entire life feeling 'less than', I would like to thank you for being a great Dad and giving your son a solid foundation and endless love. From that wonderful base, he will grow and find his strengths and superpowers. When it comes to money and greed, there's only so much a person can use or need. I have nothing against the rich, but unfettered capitalism has bred ultra rich greedy types who hoard wealth and deprive others of even functional basic needs being met. There should be limits, the balance has shifted and people are suffering because of it. When the few ultra rich get richer, the other 98% are the ones paying for it. Another fantastic song from Ren, another great reaction from you. Thanks :-)
That's kind of you to say, and nice to hear I'm on the right track (even if I feel I veer sometimes). That made my day. :) Spot on about your corporate greed comments. And the way this ship is going, it's going to remain unchecked until something is done about it. We shall see.
Wow, your talk at the end... I literally was just officially diagnosed with autism (at 32), and you talking about your son and his autism had me tearing up. 😪 Thank you ❤
Loved your reaction and rant. I'm an atheist who grew up listening to Dead Kennedys among others, so my feelings about religion, money, sexism, etc have always been slightly different. I taught my kids what I believed in and lived for, and then encouraged them to educate themselves and make their own decisions on such matters. I would love them to follow my lead, but I would never tell them they have to think like me. That was one of my first issues with religion. Ren needs money, but also seems to believe we can reach homeostasis and all learn to live without it. I doubt his ideas will ever take root, but I love his conviction. Crucify Your Culture is another of Rens somgs that attacks Capitalism. Hope you check it out soon. Glad your feeling better my friend.
But he is IN the industry of making music, which was more the basis of what I'm saying. He doesn't make it for free, even if he's independent. Anyway that was a smaller part of my point lol.
Every time you react to songs like this, you pause and spit serious facts and it always makes me laugh because the next line is literally what you just said. This video was the perfect example lol thanks for a wicked reaction!
He knows how to speak to the masses, so that everyone can glean their own takeaway from his messages. The little sister verse hit me, being the 2nd eldest of 5. Wanting to protect & wanting them not to make the same mistakes I did. Wanting better for them, wanting them to be treated like the treasures they are. My baby sister died at 33&1/2 from bowel cancer. She was a kind, sweet soul. Not a day goes by in nearly 8 years that I haven’t mourned the loss of someone so giving. I wish I had been able to take that suffering away & taken her place. And the way you saw it from the perspective of your son… that’s what Ren does. Thank you for your awesome reaction 🙌🫶
You’re right! Block the negative and the toxic that some people like to throw at you. Just do your thing, you don’t need the approval of anyone to choose to be true to yourself.
Good to see you bro... totally agree with your rant... imagine if 8 billion people said tomorrow no more..melt the fkin Ice walls we want our land back.
There will always be more of us than them, but people are...too dumb. Lol. That's just the problem. Too lazy. Too dumb. Too comfortable. It's getting old.
One of my absolute favourite reactions of yours, to Ren. Hitting hard again with the truths & the message to hold on tight to our humanity & those we love 😊❤
:) This made me smile. Thank you, I like to think I'm pretty chill. This makes me realize I SHOULD do more live streams. That's the true hang out time.
Nailed it! Enjoyed watching your reaction. I appreciate that Ren makes us think and feel, or makes us aware that we’re not alone . Other people are struggling too but it doesn’t mean you can’t have moments to treasure if you don’t get your priorities twisted.
Glad to see you’re feeling better! This is one of those Ren songs that keeps unfolding for me. Each time I listen, it sparks some new train of thought, and my mind wanders so much that it’s over before I’ve started hearing it again. The verse for his sister hit the hardest, hit the quickest, and remains my favorite, though.
Thank you thank you thank you for getting to this one! I was super keen to see your reaction to this, love it! 🙌🏼🔥👌🏼 I just knew you were gonna like this one 😂👌🏼
The lines to his sister!! Aww, It was so sweet! 🥰 and I appreciate you saying to us women, “don’t let anyone treat you lesser!” Amen! ❤ Ren’s a smart man! Great song.
Your thoughtfulness combined with your ability to think and evolve make these some of the best reactions available. And thanks to Ren for being Ren... however that came to be.
Man you seem like a cool dude to hang with. My boys are autistic and I will do whatever it takes to give them a good life. Cheers to you and good luck with your creative endeavors!
My youngest on the spectrum too. When she was diagnosed I had myself checked, knew the answer, wanted her to feel it was a way to be, not a bad way to be. ❤️👍🏽👍☘️
I spoke to my oldest ston like that when he was about 4. He remembers our talks to this day. Hope my granddaughters remember our talks. They were really good.
This song is so deep and love your reaction to it. I've tried four times now to comment on what the song makes me think about but the comments just keep vanishing. WTF, TH-cam Anyway, shorter version: All who are born here belong here. We have a right to access to shelter, food, water and health care... These things should not be based on how much money you have. And we need to quit treating people with problems, whether that's homelessness, addiction, poverty etc as if they are the problem
TH-cam is annoying with that sometimes. But that's exactly correct, at least in my mind. The fact that we have 279837239823 dollars allocated to this, to supplement this, to send here, to do this.....but I can die from lack of money or we even have a "homeless problem" blows my mind.
Loved when you said the concept bit and I knew it was coming. It’s the grease to allow us to barter, but when it’s stacked and doesn’t circulate, we all suffer, including the deluded hoarder. A healthy, educated, secure society - creates more for all - including the wealthy.
Been on holiday…..lovely to come back to your reaction. I was the eldest sibling and sometimes wished for an older brother…love the verse for his sis. I also love the fact that through the Kujo situation- Ren found another great producer (who also had a run in with Kujo) that worked on this track and got the same deal that Kujo turned down. Glad you’re feeling better Bradley.
Power had a reference of his mom and dad. Couple other songs had little references too but can't remember what other songs that they were. This is a first for his sister.
I can relate to that ending monologue about talking to your son. I have that same kind of talk with mine and he looks at me and doesn’t get it … yet but down the road I just hope he remembers me looking in his eye and trying to prepare him for the world. Autism, ADHD, disabilities, etc imo is what makes us humans unique and allows us to be individuals in the collective. 100% a super power if you accept what makes you different can make you stronger. Great reaction as always.
Great reaction! I am pretty much on the same page with everything you said. I also drilled that shit into my step kids and god kids heads. #AuntyLife Thanks for covering this one! 💜
I'd love to see you check out the vid Ren posted on the weekend that shows him and his mates reacting as they listen to the radio - a year ago - to find out if his album made no 1. It's wicked. 😊
Taking the time to salute you and your son. Now thats a good parenting tip, heck thats a philosophy how to live your life with anyone you love, and if we could just spread that to three of our close friends this world would be drastically different to the point i dont think we eould even begine to imagine.
My 3 kids are all Autistic and i love them for the beautiful ppl they have became as they are amazing! Good to see you back! Great reaction as always ❤
So glad you had a great time for ya Bday 🥳. I like Pilosopher Ren for my brain and protective brother Ren for my heart. I always get new Ren song syndrome. I really love this song. My fave lines..I see your wings ha e feather more than ever mine were torn by my oppressor.. Yeah, I cried a little bit. 😊
Given the drop of the new song on Thursday it seems like an ideal time to work together and get Ren's subscribers over 2 million. It's been growing steadily, but with some extra networking, we might be able to give our Sick Boi a boost to his morale
❤ love your reactions - especially your understanding of what it means to have been close to d3ath over an extended period of time. Compounded by being youthful. It's an aspect in Ren's music that I relate to, and I hear it from you as well. When you spend enough time people watching in waiting rooms and ERs, you have time to realize what's going to be important and what's not. Yes, we all need to make a living, but you can't take it with you. Money can't make you well. (It DOES make things more comfortable, of course, 😊, but it won't make you healthy).
Well I never expected this to make me emotional and for a change it wasn't down to Ren, it was you. The way you spoke about your son. My son is autistic and needs reassurance every day that he is smart and he is a wonderful young man. Not easy to convince him. You're a top dad.
We knew he was a genius artist and a beautiful human being inspiring positive change. Now there’s no doubt that he’s also a loving big brother ❤ The real shocker here to me though is that this collaboration with nayz came about as a result of the Kujo situation. Which means that this is another track that wasn’t part of the plans for his upcoming album. Just a little masterpiece of a bonus song. In the midst of his health taking a dive. I know music helps him stay alive, but this is still blowing my mind 🖤🐰
Once again thank you so much for your content. I love your content, I applaud you every time. I’m 56, like you had an illness that I battle in my teens. Like you I fought, and fight daily, I try to stay positive every day. I am deeply thankful for every day I have, even the bad ones. Stay strong and keep inspiring.
One of the things I appreciate about Ren is that he doesn’t think money itself is evil. He actually quotes the Bible correctly in saying “The *love* of money is the root of many evils.” That whole opening monologue is from the Bible. (I believe it’s 1 Timothy 6: 6-10.) It’s not the need for, the use of, or the having of (enough) money that is wicked, it’s greed. Hoarding money, abusing others for money, allowing others to suffer while you have/take far more money than you could ever spend. Many of us have found ourselves on the shit end of that stick once or twice. “Money saves lives, takes lives, money both.” He has always said that all he wants is enough to make himself and his family comfortable, to pay his team, to pay his medical bills. He doesn’t give a fuck about fame or fortune. He refuses to sign with a major label. He said that if he becomes rich, he will pour money into research for autoimmune diseases, which are criminally underfunded. In fact, I believe he already does. This man is going to help heal humanity, and stay humble doing it. I was laughing all through your rant, knowing what was coming next. Also, I’m a teacher and have taught lots of autistic kids of all ages. In fact, I volunteered as an 8th grader in a classroom for high-needs autistic kids (back then they were still segregated into “schools for the handicapped.” These were non-verbal kiddos, and still awesome) and that’s part of why I became a teacher. Anyway, your son is so lucky to have you. Some of the coolest kids (and adults) I’ve ever known in my life have the same superpower.
I had a lot I was going to say to this (all good things), but just decided to keep it short. This comment made me smile and I appreciate what you do. The world is lucky to have you doing the good work. I'm rooting for you.
You are one of the most genuine reactors out there BlackSpeed! Conversation we need echoes we don't! Would love to have a conversation with you or Ren. We won't agree on everything but if we listen at least we could understand each other. Great reaction!
That's nice of you to say, thank you for saying that. I'm glad you enjoyed the reaction. And haha, if I could ever get Ren to just sit in a room with me for 15-30 minutes and we just chat...that'd be awesome.
Brad, you were on top of this one, foreshadowing everything that was coming. I kind of do want to hear the conversation about religion. I like both aspects of this song, the message about greed, and the verse for his sister. Loved what you said about your son. You seem like a really great dad. Ren has talked/sang more than a few times about money being just a concept. I kind of wish you could see the whole Money Game Treasure Hunt that led up to the release of Money Game 3, and the twitch stream that came after the release. I'd love to hear your thoughts about all of that, but it's a lot to watch. There were 2 weeks of complex puzzles/riddles (each with one of the seven sins as it's theme), which people worked together across multiple platforms to solve, and one person would win money. The last one involved a treasure hunt (which was livestreamed) and a choice. I won't give the ending away. This was immediately followed by Ren's video "Eden." Then came the Money Game 3 video, followed by a twitch stream to talk about all of it. It was a wild, crazy 2 week rollercoaster ride with some powerful messages, and an exhausted, emotional Ren expounding on his views on twitch. I think all of our heads exploded that night. 😆
Haha I'm not saying Ren and I may be the same person, but you've never seen us in the same room. But no jokes aside, I'm glad and find it funny when I can almost pen and guess what's coming next and hear it coming. It was a good message of a song, I wholeheartedly support it. The religion conversation may have to come at a later date. Perhaps in a stream. :) Can talk more about me/my son/the religious aspect and my beliefs. Could be interesting.
You’re right about it provoking convos I was speaking to my mom about this yesterday haha and then my sister came and we were also talking and then my brother came and it was a family discusssion 😂😂😂
'Bout time, Bradley! Nah, jk ..glad you're feeling better, and that you enjoyed your bday.. the pics were fabulous.. I'm a greedy lil bastard, tho, so happy to have you back!😊
This was one of the few of Ren's songs that I really didn't like at first listen for some reason but now it's really grown on me. By the way The Orville is awesome!
He wanted to get this out for his sisters birthday last month but he collapsed and went blind for a couple of days pushing too hard :( This song makes me cry every time at the sister part. So many feels. The producer of this one was also ripped off by Kujo. They considered doing Beat Down together but Ren wanted to do that one himself so they're 50/50 on this one.
Less Brown talks a lot about not letting people define you. Im a red head and grew up before they called them 'gingers'. I was made fun of by certain people when I was pretty young. Most of the time I either laughted it off, or let them know I wasn't having it. (I grew up sparing with my big brother so I'm all fight no flight) That being said, I'm funny, kind and always a loyal friend so I knew my self worth. Which served me well when I started wearing makeup and looking good. So when I went to a new school I never fell for the good-looking A holes because I knew my worth. That and I was surrounded by attractive guy friends who respected me. Fast forward to getting older... you have to find your worth from within. So youngsters, say you're sorry when you're wrong and work on your flaws or you'll never fool yourself into believing that you deserve love. Great channel!! Much love ❤️ Sue
I have twin boys who are Autistic, one with 24 hour care needs... I felt what you said bro... Until I die I will fight for his safety, dignity & happiness.

Glad to see you back and feeling better!
My 3 kids are all Autistic and i love them for the beautiful ppl they have became as they are amazing! Good to see you back! Great reaction as always ❤
Amen !🙏🏻 !! Love your reaction !
All 3 of my kids are on the spectrum ranging in age from 17-30. I raised them that same way. ❤
Aw.. I don't know what to say to that. That made me smile, and very happy. Thanks for saying that. I really appreciate you.
We knew he was a genius artist and a beautiful human being inspiring positive change. Now there’s no doubt that he’s also a loving big brother ❤
The real shocker here to me though is that this collaboration with nayz came about as a result of the Kujo situation.
❤❤❤
Amen ❤ Happy Birthday! My autistic son was bullied in 8th grade and he's struggling to believein himself.
I'm so glad you had a good time. I know I'm late, but Happy Birthday. I've been excited to see this reaction. Thanks!
Love your opinion and thoughts as always my friend
Woohoo! Been waiting on this one. Didn’t disappoint
My oldest son is high functioning autistic and I tell him the same things ❤
❤❤❤
Great reaction to yet another Ren classic.
Your son is blessed to have you and so are we!!
That's kind of you to say, thank you for that.
I always wait to see how long it takes for the grin to show 🤣🤣 as always cheers m8 🍻🍀🍻🍀
Every Ren song becomes my new favorite until the next drop!!
This was a great reaction 🎉
❤ you get both!
I also talk like this this with my daughter. Haha, plus the money talk.
“Money saves lives, takes lives, money both.”
He has always said that all he wants is enough to make himself and his family comfortable, to pay his team, to pay his medical bills.
Money isn't the root of evil. It's the human love for money
Correct, basically what I meant lol. It being a concept and all. But yes.
I love a good rant! 🙃
Great reaction! Glad you're feeling better. ❤
I kinda love the rants!❤️🔥✌🏻🫶🏻
Haha I love people enjoy my rants. They're becoming a staple.
You’re right about it provoking convos I was speaking to my mom about this yesterday haha and then my sister came and we were also talking and then my brother came and it was a family discusssion 😂😂😂
I LOVE your attitude!!! I respect your opinion because you respect and listen to others!! God bless dude
Of course, never my intent to hurt or cause harm. Only to state my own beliefs and have a discussion. Appreciate you receiving it with an open mind!
I’ve been waiting for thissss! You never disappoint my guy ❤
Love this song and loved your reaction ❤
I love this song.
I can tell you resonate with the Strange Music slogan. Tech N9ne said "That's the Strange Music spirit, FU we going this way"
Hahaha ayyyeeee, that's what I'm talking about. Exactly.
Thank you ❤
'Bout time, Bradley!
Nah, jk ..glad you're feeling better, and that you enjoyed your bday.. the pics were fabulous.. I'm a greedy lil bastard, tho, so happy to have you back!😊
YALL JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF ME HUH. Good cause I like yall too.
Thank you.
Ren is class struggle. We need class struggle.
The sister-verse 🤣 sounds like something from Marvel or something 😂💜
You and Ren are definitely in tune
This was one of the few of Ren's songs that I really didn't like at first listen for some reason but now it's really grown on me.
By the way The Orville is awesome!
Enjoyed this one, your rants included!
I love how much everyone loves my rants haha.
Respect 💕
On Ren’s community tab on his YT account he explains about how this track happened. It’s been done with another guy who was screwed over by kujo.
If it weren’t for the slow opening, I’d throw this song on repeat for a while.
Thank you for your reactions!!!❤❤❤❤
great reaction. thanks ❤ and youre 100% right..pay for water !! sh.ts f.cking mad xx
And this was a PSA from yours truly, Sue.
I know you're liking a ren song when I hear the low "mmmmmmm" with a small smile 😂💜
Haha don't call out my mannerisms!
Been waiting for you ❤
Oooo, well that didn't make me smile or anything. Here I am!
