We are growing sweet potatoes for the first time this year. We live in Tucson arizona. Ours are also prolific. However, I was wondering how to cure them. They say you need 80 to 85 Degrees which is no problem here. But, they say 80 to 85% humidity which is a huge problem. Can you help
