MX NATIONALS PRESTON DOCKS RND1 | Wet & Wild MX1 Experts Racing

Brilliant weekend of racing at Round 1 of the MX Nationals series at Preston Docks MX.
Saturday the track was prepared perfect for qualifying and I managed to get P1. The rain then didn’t stop all day and track started getting very wet and deep. I got caught up in a bog on the first lap putting me towards the back of the field. I managed to pull back up to 9th after another little crash mid race.
The meeting got cancelled due to the weather conditions and they made the decision to prepared the track over night for Sunday. They did an awesome job and track looked mega Sunday morning!
Sunday Race 1, I managed to Holeshot and pull a nice 15 second lead which I was able to control all the way to the finish.
Race 2 we were the last race of the day and the track was one of the roughest I’ve seen. I Managed to grab another holeshot and ride smooth and consistent laps to finish in 1st.
Going 9-1-1 I came away with 1st Overall on the weekend and now leading the series by 5 points.
