2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
Jeera
4-5 lung
2-3 green elaichi
3-4 dry red chilly kashmiri
6-7 garlic pods
1-2 ginger pods
2 onions
4 tomatoes
12-15 cashews
1 tbsp butter
1 tej patta
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
3-4 tbsp fresh cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp kasoori methi
