I can relate to the end of marking period stress. I teach High school ESL in France and I have 6 groups of 20 to 34 studentd so writing reports and finishing all of the grading tends to get crazy. Thank you for being real and talking about your stress and tiredness because it helps me feeling normal.

Positively Pre-K They're expected to do way more than when we were in school. My kindergartener by the end of the year has to be able to read a book, explain why certain things happened in the book, find it in the story to show the teacher, and then be able to write it in a grammatically correct sentence.
oh I completely understand that things have changed. I taught kindergarten for many many years but giving students notes? typing up something for them instead of giving it back to them for them to turn it in correctly just makes me so sad! how are they supposed to learn to do things the right way if we don't teach them now?

play pac-man in the classroom, have the students stand around the room and ask questions. have them put their hands up and pick someone to answer the question. if they get it right they can move one step. the goal is to move around the room and ‘tag’ all the other students top couple of students win prizes

Since Michelle already has to edit 6 hours of footage every week and do all of her work, I think that what she is doing already is amazing, so we shouldn’t ask her to do extra videos that would mentally break her down.

Helpful tip I don’t if you heard of it but it works has a protein shake that is supposed to be coffee flavored.

a great purchase is a glass nail file. they never lose their grit and you can clean them. you can get them on amazon and it’s totally worth it
