When I reread this comic the only thing that confused me is the fake “Arona”, was it another god that try to gain something in the Blue Archive paradise or try to be something more or was it a Arona from an broken timeline that was an anomaly, so much answers to this fake Arona.

Kinda like what happened at kuroko timeline but instead of a bad end, it's ended with a happy ending. Imagine If Hoshino or any other students were to make Sensei realize that him not caring at all whether he dies saving his students. Can cause grief and disorder all throughout Kivotos. Theres no way this wont happen, like that one part where he run to save his students while having a fucking hole on his stomach like he doesnt think of himself at all. So im expecting a student or more to slap him like how Hoshino slapped him here. Still curious as to what will happen on the 4.5 PV since we did see a shot of a younger Hoshino there.
A world without hina is not a world that is worth living.... from what I can piece together it seems like the world was somehow(?) reset back again with another strange beginning like that cat box which was given from sensei to hina is now present without her meeting sensei yet...maybe in the far future sensei somehow able to learn about hina and her sacrifices that he decided to restart everything from point zero to meet her again, that or it is just a weird dream which hina had? We may never know or it's just that the answer was too deep within the abyss of infinite possibilities or is that the answer was just to obvious to noticed and understand. In this story sensei survive but Hina doesn't exist, but maybe somehow a reset happen once again and sent Hina back to Kivotos and lead to the story/timeline of the game. (At the end of this story Hina said that she got a habit of closing her left eye, whereas in the game she sometime also did that on her dialogue).

Are they, for somehow, has something connected with Decagrammaton's (?) interference of Arona's attempt to save Sensei?

it wasnt plana, it was decagrammaton. 9:35, thats the symbol of the decagrammaton AI when arona was explaining why all her attempts at saving sensei failed. decagrammaton was leeching data from the shittim chest to know every time arona made a reset and thereby create a counter strategy to ensure she would fail and sensei would still die.
