I use tucks medicated pads after shaving.1 in the morning and 1 befor bed. Keeps my head leathery smooth and bump and irritation free. I shave every other day.
Witch hazel, pure tea tree oil, and pure aloe vera and in that order after shaving with a rotary or foil shaver is my secret. Works on the head and the face. I use them after washing and exfoliating, too. I shave the dome once a week sometimes twice if the social calendar demands it. Menthol, camphor, eucalyptus are awesome for after shaving. Would have never though of Vick's, though. Good call.!
Hoping to get your opinion on 1) barbicide vs Lysol 2) bump patrol aftershave original vs sensitive and 3) if you exfoliant at all (seeing recommendations to do after clippers and before shaving), 4) if you use a moisturizer same day, 5) daily moisturizer you recommend and if you change that in the winter months. Barbicide is what barbers use, but its not always available at your everyday store so I like Lysol...I prefer ORIGINAL bump patrol...I exfoliate every now and again and its usually after I shave head down with clippers - exfoliate - dry - then shave....I don't use an everyday moisturizer outside of my beard oil (SCOTCH PORTER). Both Bevel and Scotch Porter are good ones. Used them both. I am trying Respected Roots now. All are good and don't dry out your beard. Each makes washes and conditioners/oils.

Lysol on clippers nah!!!! Why not just get clippercide or cool care or something made to disinfect and kill fungus and lubricate clippers and safe for your skin? I definitely think that’s bad advice my man.
Lysol Disinfectant Sprays kills 99.9% of the viruses and bacteria...but I understand, its what I DO...and its TH-cam, folks should always take anything with caution...just keeping it real of my process! if yours is different great...but I've literally used lysol for like 10yrs, I'm good!
