I use a Kronos with t2 rails & 1 signal amp and have no issues getting damped/ecm'd. I love The Blockade as everything spawns at an optimal range and I don't even have to move, just blap away :)
This mission is the most difficult L4 (especially if you are not using a Marauder). Dominix with a sensor booster, MJD and Warden IIs is my go-to (since I can't fly a marauder yet). Even then it takes a while (with multiple uses of the MJD)
If you want to snipe in The Blockade you need an MJD. After warping in you jump to the left and start sniping. Forward is in direction of the initial spawn compared to the warpin point. After that you should have no trouble dealing with them. You could however switch to a brawler fit with Neutron Blasters.

I would switch to blasters, get up in their face and melt it off.
