My Family and I love coming to Virginia Beach every June. In fact, in just 2 days, we are coming back for Vacation.
- stayed there on Atlantic Ave during the off season, wonderful people, and fond memories!
Can't wait to go in September. Its good to adventure out every once in a while then being around unhinged people ( Philly )
Where do we get those beach umbrellas? Will those be available in beach itself to use and return?
Hi nice video I have never been to Virginia Beach. My Beach is Wildwood Crest New Jersey
Virginia Beach is not the same..Police done locked it down completely..
This was shot in May, Locals and some tourists, it’s worse in the summer and even worse when the sun goes down and the Night Feeders Come Out !! You probably wouldn’t do that same tour at night 😂😂😂
Use to go here every year but the prices for oceanfront rooms got so high couldnt afford to go anymore.
Thanks for watching!😊 i would try anywhere that isn’t on the ocean front, maybe north beaches
I've never so Vigina beach before. I'm curious why the sand is that color?
I'm from South Carolina our sand is light colored.
Thanks for watching! Most beaches north of North Carolina are that color.
The beach gets washed out every NorthEaster storm and dredges pump it back in the off season
Interesting. I haven't been to a beach past North Carolina. South Carolina beaches aren't that dark. I was curious to what made it that color.
Myrtle Beach for example has more of that Florida feel to it,the water is cooler and the waves are rougher at Virginia Beach.Virginia Beach does have a nicer boardwalk though. When I lived in West Virginia, the two most popular beaches were Virginia and Myrtle Beach.Virginia Beach seems to have less crime than Myrtle Beach also. They do have year round Palm Trees at Virginia Beach though about as far north as I've seen them.I like both beaches though.Hopefully you'll be able to visit Virginia Beach someday.
Thanks for the video. Helped me decide not to take my family.
its worth the visit to sight see but leave before you get a traffic camera citation in the mail
Thanks for watching! VA is beach is good, alternatively you can go to First Landing Beach just north of VA beach which is much quieter and the water is calmer. 😊
Notice the lack of care that was put into making the ‘boardwalk’ a great surface to walk on. Promo ‘yes, with the lack of care and consideration put into this family fun park, you’ll want to return again and again.’ Que the family crossing just trying to get into the sand part. Look at all the attention they give to runners, Va beach could give a s#it about family. To quote Seinfeld “You’re allll winners!!” 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻♂️🚶♀️🚶🏃🏻♂️lol..
VB is only crowded like that for SITW but on a regular day nah. I see more folks walking and out more in Arlington and Alexandria and both cities are smaller than VB. For it to be almost as big as Miami not a lot of folks out there
Thanks for watching! If you enjoy the video give it a big like and subscribe for more. 😊
Only for SITW? Nah. You once again don’t know what you’re talking about. And on a regular day, people aren’t hanging out all over the place in Arlington or Alexandria either. Smh. Plus Miami Beach/South Beach is part of a 5million plus metro.
@@757CitiesReppa I do know what I’m talking about cause nobody goes to Va beach like that 😂😂. The only time Va beach is lit is for SITW that’s a fact. Va beach isn’t Miami Beach level considering they have nearly the same amount in population but Miami always has something to offer. VB??? 🤣 who You kidding I’d go to Myrtle beach instead 🤷🏾♂️
@@757CitiesReppa I can tell u never been to Arlington or Alexandria or the dmv in general lol because it’s ppl outside every single day from Alexandria/Arlington to Dc to PG and Moco county my guy. It’s way faster up there than it is down in the 75 so idk what you’re on. Literally went to VB on a regular day it’s a literal ghost town even downtown Norfolk is a literal ghost town until they plan an event. There’s even a IG post talking about how VB wasted 2M on that Expo center near the ocean front and it has to do with terrible promotions.
@@JabrenHarris98 you’re a nit wit….stop spreading you’re toxic feminine energy all over the place. Miami is not the same size as VB. Miami is 6.5 million people metro in a year round tropical climate, simpleton.
Place went down hill from what I remember.
Thanks for watching! Looks like this video was very insightful. Hope you are subscribed for more videos like this
Show the beach, to much of the boardwalk. That's my opinion, anymore tell me what you think? Have a nice day
Thanks for watching! Check out my channel for more VA beach and other beaches videos. 😊
Ghost Town
In the summer time, the crowds get soo thick that you will struggle to walk down Atlantic Avenue. Also, there are street performers on every block. This video was taken during the off-season.
If you think that’s a ghost town try the eastern shore of Virginia lol. We go to Virginia Beach just because it’s a big city to us with a lot more than we have here😂
place sucks, im here now
I live there everything over price and taking advantage of the military and tourists.. That's my opinion. Anyone tell me what you paid for a motel or hotel? Thank you,
I gotta go there in a few months unfortunately. But im sure its better than Mississippi….
It's been like this for awhile, you must be old because that is usually what they say
@@teresaschneider6726 I paid 276 at the Barclay hotel and it was nice for me and my kids.
It looks a little like a run down Eastern European city. Those hotel buildings look terrible
First of all the street is Atlantic avenue. Also this video is not a good representation of the diverse population in Virginia Beach . Look up the statistics and you will find that.
First of all this is a good representation of diversity theres equal amount of white, black, hispanic and even asian you mad cuz you saw to much black people huh
