I now fully understand that a non-us resident can open a llc in the united states and provide services such as drop shipping without paying tax in the USA. My biggest concern with my business would be liability aspect - being a dietary supplement company it opens me up to that potential of a lawsuit. Would getting liability insurance protect me enough to stay on that llc route or would it be advised to go the corporate structured route and pay taxes in both countries. I will be waiting nervously for your response lol

Hi James, as a non resident, the form SS-4 under (9a) may I able to type ONLINE STORE or ECOMMERCE STORE by the tick on Other (specify) or I needed to fill the Form 5472 too and it must attached with SS-4 while fax,?

Hello James I have seeing some of your videos trying to find a solution to my problem. So I have to fill in the w8BEN form for the Fidelity company that they have asked me to do so to have a tax benefit but I am really having a hard time filling in the part ll line 10 . I am resident of Greece I do not have a TIN number in the US my account is a mutual account I will need some help filling the blancs of line 10 . I even called the IRS for help and they could not help me instead they told me to write a letter that will spend a lot of my time since I have spend a lot already on mails. Thank you very much for reading my message and hope for your help.
how does a newly registered foreign corporation open a bank account without actually showing up? If they don't want an agent with signature authority how is the accomplished>
