Hello, i might have some questions and i'm really really in need of your help to answer me.
1- Should my letter of recommendation be hand-written pr typed by computer ?
2- i'm applying through korean embassy track, and i'm still confused on how should i send my documents, Do i have to go directly with my parent to the korean embassy in my country which is in another city or how do i send them the documents ?
3- i still didn't graduate, i'll graduate in june 2023, what should i send instead of my graduation certificate ?

@@ammardilawar510 for graduates the only document is enough for citizenship and family relationship document that is FRC or do we need along with FRC the CNIC copy of applicant and parents ??? And CNIC copy need to be consular confirmed??

14:01 Just to be sure, for the Embassy track, we need to print 3 other *simple photocopies* of the original documents only? The photocopies don't require any original authentication, seals, or signs? Also, do the photocopies need to be coloured, or will black and white copies be fine? I would appreciate your answer. Thank you!
Yep, right.
Only one should be apostilled/consular confirmed (then just make 3 copies of it, color or black, both will be fine)

Sir can I use my birth certificate for the proof of my age and proof of citizenship of me, my mother and father? And since my parents name will be mentioned in the birth certificate it will also prove my relationship with them, so is it fine if i submit only my birth certificate as the proof of age, citizenship and relation ??

Sir nobody submits orginal 12th marksheet why are you giving wrong information in gks please submit colour photocopy of any documents which is very important to you like 12 11 10 marksheet if you don't have transcript and proof of you citizenship and you parents and awards never ever submit orginal document but make sure that all the documents which have to be apostilled must be apostilled
Thanks for your comment. Maybe you misunderstood. I always mention not submitting original degrees and certificates because you can not get back any document....For degrees and transcript original means apostilled photocopy or copy attested by Korean embassy (it is considered original)...For certificates simple color photocopy..

I went to my clg and asked my teacher to give recommendation letter she gave me my original letlet I got her signs on the (khaki envelope)a4 envelope and she signed on top of it then I took photocopies 3 of the letter and placed those 3 copies n one original after that I took a print of form 4 of gks application and got them filled n signed from my teacher now placing all of these so shall I seal it or something is missing?
the question here arises do I have to place form 4 with the recommendation letter or just with the application form and attach it with the recommendation letter envelope?
secondly: if I have to place the form 4 inside the envelope do I need to put 3 copies of it inside

i have a doubt, if we are applying through embassy track , toh jo recomm. letter hai wo sealed and signed hoga toh form 5 pr bhi professor ke sign or date likhwana zaroori hai kya, kyuki then date will be different
The recommendation letter is actually form 5.........No need to attach form 5, write on envelope, form 5: Recommendation letter

sir, I want to ask if I should write the name of the universities in other bundles when I send to the embassy for not. because some universities require portfolio in hardcopy and some in usb format, so should I write the universities name in each of the three bundles that I send to the embassy?
Yes you can write by mentioning university name+portfolio/usb

Hello, so my transcripts have 9 pages and I've apostille the final page where my cgpi and percentage is mentioned. The other 8 pages are as it is. Will this work? Or do I need to apostille them or get true copy? If I get true copy then if it's issued from another advocate will that do?
But forms are 9. . for masters form no 5 is something for PhD students are we need to change the form numbers?
No, keep numbers same.... Don't use forms that are irrelevant.... E.g 1,2,3,6,9

Hlo sir ...my recommender use stapler on my recommendation letter ....they attach all four one original+three photocopies with stapler and then sealed it .🥺🥺 I can't open them now ...so if there is a problem in it....i use simple pins for other documents but i can't do anything with recommendation letter ✉️.

Aoa, I have a question. Like this may sound absurd. Can there be a case when you applied for the university and you failed. And then, in the 2nd round selection candidate list of EMBASSY TRACK you have your name in it, without an interview or anything? This is the case with me. Also they don't provide information about the candidate but everything else like my date of birth matches(that is all they provide🥲)

So, if we are applying through embassy track, we need to prepare 4 envelopes, and in envelope no. 1 we need to add original stamped documents, and in the other three we need to add a photocopy of those original documents we keep in envelope 1, right? Another question is: Do we need to apostille those 3 envelope documents separately, or will a photocopy of the first document with an apostile stamp work?
Apostiile/attest only for 1 set, then just make 3 photocopies of it.
