I think that you don't have to worry. It is just a recommendation not to use staples, they are not gonna skip you because of that :D

We must apostille original documents or we can print a colour copy of documents can be Apostilled and placed in a set of three copies of the Apostille copy.

If u r applying for gks-ug you can take lor from teacher, principles ( any high class teacher who can define your abilities well
If u r applying for gks-g take lor from college /university teacher.

Usually some agency do the apostile costs 1200-1500 per document ( do not give more than 1500 per documents

You can request your school to make a graduation certificate. Otherwise you can use tc ( but first confirmed from your Korean university if they accept it or not through email). Mostly school don't give graduation certificate which they should give to students so you can definitely requeste them to make the certificate.

Apps you can use to check the grammar is - Grammerly and quiltbot (something like that).

Both have different pro and concls,
In my opinion if you have language proficiency and strong gpa you can go for embassy track. And if u you have specific university in mind, u can choice university track. ( this is my opinion you can choice in your way).

Make 3 similar set like the original one. Everything will be same but the apostile documents will be photo copied. ( do all the signature in photocopies as well using ball pen and check the check list).

Yes for translated documents what you can do you can put a photocopy and translated documents together it will be easier for the examiner . ( in the guidelines there is a specific line mentioned for translated documents) read that carefully

My parents and my birth certificate are in my mother tongue gujarati so should i first get the birth certificate in english and then get the apostille done on the English language birth certificate?
1- Your parents birth certificate is not needed for application just the applicant's birth certificate is needed,
2- usually the birth certificate is in two languages for example my birth certificate is in Hindi as well as also written in English in the same page)
If you don't have in English then you need to translate it. ( but I will suggest you to call the embassy and ask the same question / because they are the authentic source of confirmed information)
