I would like to thank you for helping me out with the Nelson Rigg tank bag with zipper problems. Very professional, but the most impressive part is someone from Nelson Rigg contacted me immediately. Thanks again for the help! Would definitely recommend Nelson Rigg in the future. I understand they no longer make the bag I had due to the zipper, so shouldn’t be a problem in the future. Fastest response on warranty I’ve ever had!! You the man, Kyle. Thx, Sid

As a rider of many bikes, I like the versatility of the strap or magnet attachment. All of their gear that I have used has been quality.

I've owned two Nelson Rigg products at this point; the rackless saddle bags and the enduro tank bag- BOTH of which had the straps rip out at the seams.. I was barely even pulling on the straps to snug them down and tore right out. I've had to go back and hand stitch them together with heavy duty thread. Besides the seemingly weak stitching though they've been great bags, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend them with the trouble I've had. Looking to try out the Tusk bags next

Interesting feedback. Did you reach out to them to get the bags repaired / replaced?

@@manybikes Nope, didn't even bother based off all the reviews I'd read of others having a headache trying to get the warranty cleared through. Figured it was easier to just sew them back together by hand on my own. They've been really great bags, just the stitching can be strangely weak in the vital points.

@@mtnmotoadv Bummer... but thanks for your feedback! They do have a lifetime warranty. Might be worth contacting the retailer you purchased from. Mine have held up well... if they didn’t, I wouldn’t promote them for free ;)

My Nelson Rigg gear got a good workout yesterday. Front fender bag was ran over 3 times! It doesn't look too good, BUT it took the beating and will likely survive for a lifetime! I guess I will need to cut notches on the fender 😂
