I always like how Shreya points out the mistake and also points out the good things a contestant does while singing. This will help them improve themselves, they'll know what good they did and will stick doing that and they'll know what mistakes they did and won't repeat it again. These days I never see this happening, don't know if the editors edit it nowadays or the judges don't care about the contestants at all.

There is nothing wrong with having Neha there. She is a self taught lovely singer, her presence just lights up the whole show, the way she greets everyone and talks to the contestants by making them super comfortable with her precious smile is so beautiful and also the comments she makes are genuine and unbiased.
