One more thing to add, but people also brought up how a nearby land was also bought by a movie studio (that's not Universal) and how the Harry Potter studio tour isn't that far away either, so seems like the land was incredibly thought out to take advantage of tourists and Harry Potter fans.

Regarding the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, there's already tons of rumours saying the properties they already signed up with since they're popular in Europe are Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, James Bond and Paddington for the kids. They also say Universal aren't going to clone the rides and attractions, so it's very possible the UK's Wizarding World would be quite different than Orlando's Wizarding World. Which one ends up being the better one only time well tell. Also Universal is clearly trying to compete with Disney in Europe since Disneyland Paris is 365 acres while Universal purchased 500 acres out of the gate. So clearly they want their theme park to be bigger than Disneyland's. Either way I think it's a no brainer Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings are going to be the biggest attractions for Universal UK considering the massive lore behind them.
