Simple SUPER GREENS Detox Juice

Ingredients for roughly 72 oz of juice,
8 Cucumbers (I messed up & used Zucchini) 🤣
6 Green Apples
2 Celery Stalks
1 Bunch Spinach
1 Lemon
1 Lime (optional)
2-4 inch piece of Ginger (based on preference)
Use this guide if you are batch juicing. Again, this is an estimate. It will vary on what type of juicer you use or if you are using a blender.
The best thing about juicing is you can always tailor your recipes how you please.

The lemon peel remove uric acid..out the body..I love them I leave the peels on the orange and lemon now when juicing..amazing video...❤🎉

Okay this was definitely zucchini not cucumbers. I can’t believe I messed up this bad 🤣 Sorry for that mistake, but this juice honestly wasn’t bad, but I’d remake it with cucumbers.

Of course, it's not going to be bad because zucchini has a hint of sweetness, especially if grown with care.
