These guys are so underrated it is not even funny. These guys are so great and their new music just gets better and better! They never get stale! Always something exciting and new.
I find it awsome how J just picked up guitar because he didnt like the way anyone around him was playing and just shits on 99% of guitarists today. Hes just remarkable in general. Phyched for Farm!
Love this band! When I first heard of them, I thought they'd be another stupid emo band, decided to check them out and they rock! We need more bands like this!
@girlie347 keep in mind, too, that the concept of singer/songwriter is a powerful one for an audience to behold. just look at how popular they were in the early 70s. even if J isn't technically a good singer it means a lot just for him to sing his own words. he's keepin it real, basically. what he plays and what he sings are one and come straight from the heart.
Another reasons I don't like festivals is the fact so many of them seem to feel the need to provide a VIP chill-out zone IN FRONT OF THE FUCKING STAGE, where the pit should be. Fucking bullshit, but alas, so it goes. As far as the plethora of soulless, shitty music today, well, let's just say now, more than ever, is the time to do your own thing, fuck what's on TV and/or the drizl being hyped today. Oh, thanks for uploading all these Dino vids, btw. Keep on rocking.
Crowds in Europe are much more tame in general than those in the US. In some areas, people see it as disrespectful to "rock out" and not just listen to the music.
@komraderyan I kind of thought that was funny, too. I mean, I realize Dinosaur Jr. is widely known as one of the loudest live bands of their day, but seriously... it's an outdoors show. How uncomfortable could the volume really be?
dude, most audiences seem tamer these days. its like the life is sucked outta the music scene. the audience is lifeless & so is the music. maybe one or the other could prod the other or the one into more liveliness. thankfully dino jr. are one of the few good bands left, but they aren't even from this era of garbage music.

Absolute ripping track. The norskis rock out form the inside. Bless you friends.
