Such a beautiful house but I’m a bit confused about the bathrooms. How are you supposed to take a shower without the water falling all over the floor? There are no shower glass sliding doors or curtain rods to prevent the water from going everywhere.
@JOSEPH DICK LOUW that is a ridiculous reply coming from you. Any amount of money that a buyer spends on a property should already come complete with the proper installments whether they are minor or major. This is not considered to be customizable at all, this is something that prevents water damage to the property and is already added to the property before being purchased by the buyer.
Why complain?! That can be done by whomever purchases it, sometimes you have to get creative and design how you want finishing touches to be, if you need vegetation, PLANT IT
I cannot believe the shit pepple complaining about! If you purchhase house you can add what you want, the front , you can dig up concrete and plant trees. Is there any out side drain with underground drain piping that would move rain water from the surface of the exterior floor tiles and into the main drain system?
MsMiscelaneous There is ground pitch that you can envision when you look with a critical eye. The back of the compounds slopes toward the front of the house. The ground is clearly lower up front and the boundary walls has a stones wainscoting that direct the water towards the front gate corner of the compound. Where you can see greater evidence( ground has water marks) of where the water pools out of the compound going to the right corner of the property out the gate over the tiles and into the street to the left corner of the road (your Left while at the gate facing the house). The google earth view has the house at the end of the road. Located next the a road parallel running from West to East. There is no house directly South or East of the property. The north wall prevent the neighbors water and the Western wall which is the back of the house equally separates the presently incomplete building from impact from runoff. The road just South going west and East doesn’t appear to be tar. That is where the water will go...
Solid property. For those concerned about greenery, that can be done within the available exterior space. Flower beds and soil beds for gardening and growing can all be built within a matter of weeks. For this price point, the amount of material/space and workman's is resected and appreciated. It surely is suitable for a large family or a growing family. Yet, for the average person, it may be better suited as a multi unit house, perhaps 2-3 family. Best to whomever gets it!
Very larger. Does it have back up generator for 24/7 electric? Does it have its own water supply (boar hole) for 25 hr water, A/C, water heaters for all baths, quarters for house help?
It's a nice sized house. This house should come with solar panels. The tile work throughout the house is very "busy", a simple design without multiple patterns is always the best way to go. So happy to see walk in closets vs wardrobes. I didn't see any water heaters. The bathrooms needs double vanities with cabinetry beneath for storage vs a pedestal sink. There's no grass or trees on the property. Crown molding along the ceilings would be great. I'm not understanding installing interior windows in the rooms. I guess those were installed so you can see who's in your hallway. An island is needed in the kitchen. Btw columns are in Egyptian pyramids so that might not be a Roman design. Maybe it's an African design copied, and now accepted as a Roman design.
Beautiful house from the outside. But the inside plan don't make sense. For example, the kitchen does not lead directly to the dinning room and the living room is across from the dining room. Why windows in the hall way?
Wow, in America, New York, that might sell for 2.2 million. Love it though, yet what is with the loose wires on the sides of the house? Thanks for sharing.
