Lovely seeing you all together ❤ lal maas is a rajasthani dish which is super spicy if you eat at a local restaurant of Rajasthan not 5 stars. In Dubai I am sure they cater to firang palate so will not be very authentic. Tandoori roti or lacha parantha made of wheat n Naans are of maida. Indians eat more of wheat in daily routine as maida is considered unhealthy.

Great post. Last time we visited Dubai we stayed in three different hotels to experience different parts of Dubai. Will be doing something similar this time . We loved our stay in Down town palace especially the view of the fountains in the evening . Sadly , Indian restaurants in the uk too do not cater for the pakistani palate lol we find them too bland

Indian food has similar tasting gravy for all the dishes whether it's paneer chicken or mutton.. a little sweet as they use alot of tomato puree I guess.. Pakistani food se no comparison, the safest Indian food choice is their daals, briyanis and kebabs..they are amazing.
