Greetings. I received today an offer to start a process as tier 2 visa. However, the position specified on the contract is "waiter". I understand that waiter is not an suficient skill occupation and will very dificult to get the 70 points to reach the visa. Im right or it is possible?

I'm yet to receive the offer. But your videos have inspired me to reach the employer. I have given my joining date as Nov 29th though I have to service 3 months notice with my current employer. I'm planning to resign once I'm in the UK but I'm worried if there are any implications if I don't join as promised.

I would say don’t worry about visa type . U need to concentrate on finding a job & your employer will let u know whether it’s healthcare visa or skilled visa

UI & UX is in shortage occupation list , so try to put your full focus on that . Learn tools like Adobe XD or Figma.

U can join later without any issues. Just get an agreement with your employer . Which job did you get ?
