According to my experience I think it's male's dominance that makes female to obey the males desire of mounting whether they like or not during the fertility period.
An average percent of sows display the same behavior over boars though others seems fine...

Unhappy ? What should they do ? Kissing passionately ? Don't humanize other species . Every species has its own reproductive behaviour , that usually has little in common with the way humans sexuality and romance works
