My partner and I viewed this place several weeks ago. A lot to love about it! It was 95% of the way there for what we are looking for. Keep those hands flowing Brad - love the energy!
I love watching , looking for my dream home one day , definitely know what I like and don’t like , opening up to modern… but still a country girl , been away from Calgary for 16 years … wow I missed a lot , still hoping for that lottery win , but now I definitely need a home with a elevator… no way I can do stairs … and large enough for my scooter heated garage pool hot tub sauna art studio, big kitchen and a second .. I have seen a few now with 2 kitchen. Huge pantry … I like to have the mud room have doors I like to have it look more clean looking … but for now I am in my little county shack quiet open lots of wild life … but I hope I can afford to come back to Calgary one day , I miss the mountains very much … good job by the way, this makes it so much easier and saves the environment driving all over the place… those big windows do they come with blinds built in ? Or out side covers? I mean we know hail in this part of the world ? Protect the huge windows that’s my big fear , last summer was scary all my out building south side of my home the raged hail broke this town every thing was smashed , some homes now are all glass so I worry , to get some protection to cover then in a storm ? Is there such a thing or option roll down in a storm ? Any way ramble to much… I loved the one backing on the the Reservoir loved the back yard .. need space … oh ps just incase if I ever win that Lottery, expect a call from me. You are awesome .

I think this unit has had trouble selling. I used to live in the area. I think it was built around 2 years ago
Until we had a chance to market it. Sold for $985k in 24 hours! Then we sold the other side that was tenant occupied too. They’re beautiful.
