You might like my memoir of life at the log cabin with Frank Zappa not shown in other books from getting up to going to bed, composing and rehearsing with the Mothers, visitiing rock stars, freaks, family squabbles and more. 'Freak Out! My life with Frank Zappa Laurel Canyon 1968-1971'
There's lots more in my memoir at Frank Zappa's log cabin that details his home life not shown in other books, from getting up to going to bed, composing and rehearsing with the Mothers, visitiing rock stars, freaks, family squabbles and more. 'Freak Out! My Life with Frank Zappa Laurel Canyon 1968-1971'
Would’a been cool to see the prior homes of some of the previously mentioned musicians. Neal Young, Brian Wilson, etc. Really GREAT views though! Thanks for sharing. 🤙🏽
Yeh... I finally realized that the title of this video is INCORRECT! The actual title is: "LOOK WHAT A GOOD AGENT I AM😂😂 and LET ME SELL YOUR HOUSE FOR YOU!!" Actually just a load of boring crap unless you want to BUY A HOUSE :((( THis is the home of the videos you WERE expecting!! : th-cam.com/users/memoryfield

I shot a video for 2021 Davies recently!! Beautiful property. Also shot a video on wonderland as well. Both videos are on my profile. These tours are awesome you have a lot of local knowledge and it shows.
O wow the skyline house that was in crazy, stupid, love.pretty incredible home. When you were on wonderland all I could think of were the johm holmes murders😳
Remember "Psycho" the car salesman John Anderson....in the early 60s, I baby sat for him. (Daughter) I loved his son!......and STUPID for not going with him when he invited me to the LA Fair in Pomona. STUPID I WAS PS. John and his wife Pat were magnificent people
Laurel Canyon is not worth the money, it's a thoroughfare to avoid the 405 freeway. Topanga Canyon is worth it, and you are at the beach on one end, or the hillside neighborhoods in Silverlake, gorgeous and more valuable. 😊
Live on Wonderland Park Ave. 1952-1969. For a guy growing up it’s a gem.
Ben, great tour! Those curvy roads did make me dizzy! That Canyon was "Rockin and a Rollin, " back in the 60's and 70's! 🎸⭐ 🎸

The detail you give makes the video even better
I know my market!
Cool area for sure!!
You are on my vision board
Loveee these tours thank you!
That was terrific.
It was nice hearing about the prices of these homes. Good tour. God bless !!
Frank Zappa paid $74,000 for his home on Woodrow Wilson Drive in 1968 where he lived for the rest of his life.
Was in Los Angeles 1976 as a child tourist staying in the Beverly Wilshire never knew about Laurel Canyon Interesting!😇🙏🎉🎊

Ya, that's what I was hoping for. I couldn't care less about a zillion dollar home in stinky CA.

Go to memory field on TH-cam. You will be very happy.
I would totally live there, If I were in entertainment. The Doors, Byrds, CSNY, Joni Mitchell, etc. All the stuff I grew up with was seeded here.

Great canvas for shooting video. Thanks for the compliment! I know my market!

Good knowledge @logan
Besides getting motion sickness from watching the video, all I could see was traffic, trash bins and no where to park a car…
Exactly! 😂😂😂😂
This are residential areas with private Garage. Most of the car parked are for people working for the homeowners such as cleaners and gardeners
Would have loved to be a Scotty Bowers neighbor on kew drive....the stories he told

It’s possible. Why this street in particular?
8:51 LOL dude that's a very bad driving habit, he's the one going straight and there's no yield sign ...... 😅😂
Buckle up

Thank you!
8:45 not to mention full of bad drivers too. he totally blew a stop sign
I lived in Laurel Canyon 1968-71 and I found this video totally confusing. No idea what you're talking about!
55 years ago. Happy to give you a refresher tour
A tour down hey I sold this and that property, wait let me back track ya later, Bens old house sales….
I want to subscribe, but the audio makes it hard to focus- mic time!
Thanks for the feedback

😂 It's just faster than taking the 405.
Lots of trash cans and no sidewalks. Inside of homes look cold and unwelcoming.
No place for pedestrians 😅
Boring. Needs another scandal.
U have know have no clue on Canyon history & properties passed down over generations - Nice try kid
I’m not a Laurel Canyon historian. I focus on streets and values. The rest is icing
