    Thanks Sat Dharam I just finished watching and doing the kriya @home on the big screen. Awesome it was like we were together. Gratitude for making this available with such production quality and your invaluable instructions and insights. Kundalini yoga is experiential. Try it and see how it makes you feel and change. Don't take anyone's word. Form your own opinion!

    I just wanted to say thank you for this video and your teaching. This kriya is part of my latest 40-day sadhana along with Narayan Kriya. I can feel the effects and am very grateful. Sat Nam.

    Well I have eczema and I find working the lymph nodes 3x a days provides excellent permanent results the next day. I won't be surprised if people with clogged up lymph due to other illnesses will find it just as beneficial. Another good indicator a part of your body is blocked off is when you see a lingering body ailment lasting for more than several days.

      📢 you need to stop eating DAIRY SUGAR FRIED FOODS then it will finally go away-gp go consult with acupuncturist and they'll tell you how ur creating the problem

    inspiring. Very effective for anti-drug addiction. Sat Dharam Kaur is very spiritual.

    This is very good. However, I would recommend using a sound editor or a peek limiter for recording. The reason for this is that to follow the routine the listener needs to be away from the desk. When the sound is up loud enough to hear the spoken instructions, the sounds become like screaming during exercises and it is hard to follow along. If the sound was balanced this would greatly improve the effectiveness of the video. Thank you for the instruction.

    This was so helpful. I was in a lot of back pain today like burning. Not sure if that is kundalini rising but this helped tremendously. It's like the back part of my back opened up

    I just did this yoga exercises today because I have been dealing with lymphatic inflammation during past weeks and WOW! My collarbones areas feel so relaxed now. That's where I have usually the worst problem with my lymphatic system. How often can I do this?. Thank you!

    Sat Nam all - you can practice this kriya every day if you choose. It will work best as a 40 day practice. It is suitable for anyone - just do it to the best of your ability. Yes it will be fine for alcoholism - refrain from drinking at least 24 hours before. blessings to all

      Hi, I am on day 31! It has definitely been powerful. I have always planned to get to 40 days, but wasn't sure about 90 or 120. Is this kriya advised for beyond 40 days?

    I have primary lymphedema and am looking for ways to somehow detox and work my broken lymphatic system as much as possible. Do you think this might be suitable?

      Sharon Cullen I too have primary lymphedema. Please investigate if there is someone in your area who does Electro Lymphatic Drainage (ideally someone who is also a certified lymphedema therapist). It helps like crazy!!!!!!!!!

      Marion Eloff it is a form of lymphatic drainage using a special machine and I have found it to be much more effective than regular manual lymphatic drainage. Google it and some information will come up. Xoxoox

I'm starting to work with people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol, and this one will certainly help.Only when question, for the ending mantras, do you have anything equvalent in Gurmukhi? Pepople are not very like to sing in English here in Brasil.Thanks a lot!

    I have a question about this, is it suitable for someone who has not done much yoga before and probably has a larger amount of toxins in the body? Are there any side-effects like headache, nausea etc when toxins leave the body? I was looking for a way to cleanse the lymphatic system because I have developed a large cyst in my stomach and this looks very powerful, but I don't want to do something that my body is not ready for.

      You need to hydrate yourself if you are getting dizzy. Drink water and pay attention to how you feel as you are doing the postures. Go slower...
