my bike is too narrow to fit on it and when i have one of the straps over my seat post at high speeds it comes off. how do i stop it coming off

you have two options. first is to use 2 extra straps, second is to buy a regular bike. my advice is to read a product specs before buying it.

Mine won't go over the towball and the video doesn't show close up how the bit at the bottom needs to gover the tow ball
